ParkClear, Inc. (“ParkClear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use, share, and protect that information, and your rights and choices concerning your personal data when using the ParkClear mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please discontinue the use of the App. This policy may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Usage and Transaction Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, parking history, parking reservations, purchase history and browsing activity.
